CALL FOR FOREIGN INVESTIGATING AGENCIES AND LEGAL ADVISORS TO HELP CLEAR THE INNOCENT INDIAN MUSLIMS SUMMARILY BEING BRANDED AS TERRORISTS

According to an IANS news report flashed by Sify.com news portal:

“Former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto on Monday reiterated her demand that "countries like the US and UK" investigate the October 18 blasts that ripped through her homecoming rally, killing 148 people.

"I am justified in demanding a probe into the blasts by countries like the United States and United Kingdom as my own government is not capable of doing these investigations fairly," she told journalists at the tomb of Pakistan's founder, Muhammad Ali Jinnah in Karachi.
In view of an increasing feeling among a vast cross section of the people of India (See Jyoti Punwani’s article in The Times of India: BLATANT DOUBLE STANDARD; <http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Opinion/Editorial/Blatant_double_standards/articleshow/2479246.cms>), as the investigating agencies, police and prosecuting authorities, in unison seem to be either incapable of being neutral and/or proficient in exposing the real nexus behind the bombings of Muslim religious places all over India, there would be some justification, if a demand is raised that a neutral foreign agency, be that from United Nations, Scotland Yard, or Interpol or even private sources, should be called upon to put in an appearance in the country, to sort out, who is really behind the serial bombings, who is the supplier of the bomb-making material, either from the military or from private sources or even foreign suppliers, why the pat police and media instantly respond with Muslim names as not only the prime suspects, but being even summarily fit to be prosecuted under organised crime laws.

In the light of an international campaign against terror that prime facie centers on Muslims worldwide (“Every Muslim is not a terrorist, but every terrorist is Muslim”), Indian Muslims have every right to go to any length to prove their innocence and clear their names which is being dragged into mud by communal forces, deeply infiltrated in all sections of the governance of India. As central and state governments have been unable to counter such anti-national and criminal conspiracies within the ranks of their own agencies, in all fairness, they should not deny all available recourse to the Indian Muslims to prove their bona fides.
